WELCOME TO TEAM CALIFORNIA

Team California is a grassroots squad of saltwater kayak anglers hailing from across the Golden State, united by a shared passion and competitive spirit. Established through a regional qualifier held in San Diego, this group earned its spot at the national level by securing invitations to the USA Saltwater Kayak Fishing National Championship in Pompano Beach, Florida on August 9, 2025, alongside Extreme Kayak Fishing’s Summer Slam II. Built on community support, Team California represents the region on a path toward international competition—including potential selection for Team USA in the 2026 Pan American and World Championships.
